In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Smappee's international footprint within the EV charging ecosystem. You will actively prospect new business opportunities, build strong partnerships, and convert opportunities into long-term commercial success. **Responsibilities ** * Develop and grow your territory (The Netherlands) through active prospecting and structured market outreach. * Identify, approach, and close new partnerships with installers, CPOs (Charge Point Operators), facility managers, fleet operators, and real estate professionals. * Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and closing. * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate follow-up and CRM management. * Analyse customer needs and business cases to offer tailored EV charging solutions with clear added value. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities, translating insights into concrete commercial actions. * Combine working at our local office in Naarden with visits to clients in your region. **Requirements** * You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hardware or technical solutions. * You have experience working with EV charging, energy, solar, or smart building solutions. * You have a proven track re
