Must Have
Proven track record of successfully winning new business in a competitive B2B environment, Resilient, persistent, and driven by closing deals, Fluency in German and English is mandatory, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed and international environment, Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
Nice to Have
Experience in a CDMO setting is a distinct advantage, Deep knowledge of the customer landscape in DACH and an existing network in these markets is highly desirable, Negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex, long-cycle sales processes within a matrix organization
