About our Client: A globally recognized FinTech company with operations in more than 20 countries and more than 1,800 employees worldwide is currently looking for a Business Developer to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities: • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and outbound sales activities • Building and managing a strong B2B client portfolio • Handling the full sales cycle from initial contact until contract closure • Supporting clients strategically and maintaining long-term relationships • Conducting market and competitor analysis • Taking ownership of additional responsibilities based on performance and capabilities **Requirements** • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field • 6 months to 5 years of experience in B2B sales is preferred • Strong interest in financial markets and complex products • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Structured and self-motivated personality • Fluent German language skills (C2 level) and good English skills **Benefits** • €45,000 fixed annual salary • 5% uncapped commission structure • Clear career progression opportunities • Professional training and mentoring • International career growth opportunities • Wellhub / Gympass access • Corporate Benefits platform • Team events and collaborative work environment
