Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and driving strategic growth in a highly competitive environment, Quick to grasp technical knowledge and translate it into compelling commercial proposals, Conducting market surveys, executing SWOT analyses, and developing complex economic models, understanding of contract fundamentals, with experience reviewing clauses and negotiating favorable terms for high-value deals, Success-driven, autonomous, and equipped with a strategic mindset suited for a changing business environment
Nice to Have
ideally within the Industrial Gas or Chemical industry, preferably with an Engineering background or a Business/Commercial degree, Possesses established industrial contacts and a understanding of Singapore's manufacturing, chemical, semiconductor, refining sectors, Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, support operations post-sale, and partner effectively with Account Managers
