What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, product management support, or a related role, understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and partner enablement concepts, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present, influence, and collaborate with diverse audiences, Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint); comfort learning new systems and technology, organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail and follow‑through, Experience working with vendors, rebate programs, MDF, pricing support, or claims processes
Nice to Have
3–5 years preferred for retail or distribution environments, college diploma / certificate in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, Exposure to retail, consumer electronics, distribution, ERP, or product information systems, Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive insights and continuous improvement
What You'll Do.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers
Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads
Profile partner accounts and expand relationships
Design and execute joint growth initiatives with vendors
Research market trends and identify opportunities
Track and manage vendor pipeline opportunities
Act as a subject matter expert on vendor products
Deliver product training and enablement sessions
Support new product introductions and lifecycle activities
Partner with stakeholders to support promotions and pricing
Lead or support customer-facing meetings and events
Prepare regular reports and track action items
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work cross‑functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and vendor partners; Collaborate with Vendor Business Managers (VBMs) and assigned vendors; Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Vendor stakeholders; Collaborate with diverse audiences
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to present; Ability to influence; Ability to collaborate
Process & Methodology
Manage deadlines, Continuous process improvement initiatives
