What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role, High school diploma, Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and negotiate professionally, Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly, Comfort with outbound calling, customer engagement, and extended periods of phone or computer use

associate degree or coursework in business, marketing, or a related field, Experience working with technology vendors, distributors, or channel partners, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and build rapport across diverse teams, Flexibility to adapt to change and perform well under pressure, Willingness to travel occasionally and work non-standard hours when business needs require

What You'll Do.

Build and maintain strong

long-term relationships with partners and customers

Drive vendor initiatives through outbound calls

and pipeline development

Act as a subject matter expert on assigned vendor products

Support partner enablement efforts by delivering vendor training

Profile partner accounts

identify growth opportunities

and expand relationships

and report on vendor pipelines

ensuring accurate forecasting

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales

providing technical guidance

Participate in customer account planning

and ongoing performance discussions

Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Stay current with industry developments and participate in vendor and industry training
