Sort and work through emails
Work with faculty and staff
Obtain account numbers
Obtain necessary backup
Discuss discrepancies
Stay informed of guidelines
Process expenditure vouchers
Allocate purchase orders
Answer purchase order status questions
Inform about purchasing guidelines
Assist with setting up vendors
Assist vendors with inquiries
Serve as delegate for payment cardholders
Reconcile payment card transactions
Reallocate payment card transactions
Approve Emburse non travel reports
Approve AggieBuy requisitions
Approve AggieBuy invoices
Verify AggieBuy invoice details
Investigate transaction errors
Recommend corrective action
Assist with specialized business tasks
Assist vendors with discrepancies
Serve as liaison to fiscal offices
Resolve related issues
Assist with contracts and grant inquiries
Assist with contract/grant guidelines
Assist with data entry
Provide financial information
Balance mileage report
Resolve account issues
Monitor accounts closing
Prepare accounts closing
Coordinate fiscal year closing
Draft new fiscal year plans
Provide input on policies
Assist in developing policies
Assist in developing procedures
Assist in developing guidelines
