As a Business Coordinator, you will be a key partner to senior leaders, using digital and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and deliver high-quality support across business operations, communications, and project activities. If you’re digitally fluent, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement, this role is for you. The Business Coordinator provides high-level coordination and operational support to senior leaders within AI for Science Innovation in AstraZeneca’s Enterprise AI organization. We are hiring two Business Coordinators: one role will primarily support the VP of AI for Science Innovation, and one role will support Executive Directors across the function. This role enables effective day-to-day operations through high-quality administrative, organisational, and project coordination support in a complex and internationally connected environment. The role requires a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable individual who can handle contending priorities with sound judgement and discretion. The Business Coordinator will work closely with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones, requiring excellent communication, strong planning capability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing and multifaceted environment. ## ## Key Accountabilities The Business Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leaders, ensuring that priorities are effectively handled and that support is tailored to business needs.
