What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, analytics, Experience in the tasks represented above, Fluent control of the Dutch and English languages, Able to use MS Office and analytic tools easily and on a daily basis, Capable in preparing thorough and clear reports for higher management
Nice to Have
Fluency in French is a plus
What You'll Do.
Perform business and financial analyses
Implement improvements in projects and overhead
Support regions/areas with financial information
ensure accuracy of forecasts
Assess actual costs incurred
Monitor progress and performance continuously
Provide financial and business analyses
Point out foreseen or unforeseen variances
Prepare and monitor budget
Follow up on inconsistencies between actuals and budget
Implement established KPIs
Control financial KPIs
Take appropriate action when required
Follow up on monthly provisions
Adjust provisions where needed
Support managers in cost control
Support managers in margin improvement
Optimize profitability
Ensure correct and accurate invoices are prepared
Ensure invoices are submitted on time
Ensure invoices are collected
Ensure financial master data is updated
Ensure financial master data is maintained
Ensure financial master data is filed correctly
