Bouw mee aan de financiële basis van een snelgroeiende marktspeler InPost Group is geen gewone logistieke dienstverlener. We zijn de #1 out-of-home bezorgdienst van Europa: beursgenoteerd, actief in 9 landen en met een groeicurve die zich zelden voordoet. Van 14.000 pakketautomaten in 2019 naar meer dan 61.000 in 2025. Meer dan 1,4 miljard leveringen per jaar. Een groepsomzet van €3,4 miljard, met meer dan 30% groei in één jaar. En we zijn nog lang niet klaar. In Nederland opereren we als Mondial Relay by InPost Group. We zijn hier volop in opbouw. Dat betekent: invloed, impact en ruimte om écht iets neer te zetten. Voor die volgende fase zoeken we een Business Controller met een scherpe financiële blik, een data-driven mindset en de drive om processen slimmer, sneller en schaalbaarder te maken. Als Business Controller ben je de financiële rechterhand en sparringpartner van de CFO. Je krijgt een brede, pionierende en afwisselende rol waarin je helpt om de financiële processen verder op te zetten, te professionaliseren en te optimaliseren. Je verzorgt periodieke afsluitingen en rapportages, stelt budgetten en forecasts op en zorgt voor betrouwbare managementinformatie. Daarnaast analyseer je grote hoeveelheden data, verbind je financiële inzichten met operationele en marktontwikkelingen en reken je business cases door voor strategische beslissingen. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met collega’s in Nederland, Polen en het Franse moederbedrijf. Je zit dicht op de business en krijgt veel ruimte om dashboards, modellen, BI en digitalisering verder vorm te geven. ## Qualifications Wat je gaat doen * Verzorgen van de periodieke maand- en jaarafsluiting, inclusief rapportages. * Opstellen van budgetten, forecasts en betrouwbare managementinformatie. * Maken van kostprijscalculaties, margeberekeningen en business cases. * Analyseren van markttrends, operationele data en financiële ontwikkelingen. * Opzetten, analyseren en optimaliseren van modellen, dashboards en rapportages.
