Must Have
Relevant academic degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, or equivalent experience, Experience from roles within finance, controlling, or business analysis, preferably in an international or group environment, Good understanding of accounting, reporting, and financial analysis, Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and adapt messages to different stakeholders, Experience of leading others, or a motivation to grow into a people-leadership role with an inclusive and supportive approach, Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on, Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U. Nice to Have
US GAAP experience is an advantage, not a requirement, communication skills in Swedish is an advantage, and we support continued language development where needed
What You'll Do.
Contribute to the financial strategy in line with TransponderTech and Teledyne Maritime Group objectives
Act as a financial partner to the General Manager and leadership team
supporting decisions related to growth
Support the organization in reaching financial targets and business goals
Responsibility for budgeting
and financial planning
Internal (US GAAP) and external (local GAAP) financial reporting
Analyze financial results
and translate them into clear insights and recommendations
Overall responsibility for accounting
Coordinate collaboration with internal and external auditors
Responsibility for VAT and corporate tax filings
and cooperation with Corporate Tax on transfer pricing and tax matters
Ensure compliance with laws
and internal policies
Liquidity planning and cash-flow management in collaboration with Corporate Treasury
Maintain relationships with banks and other financial partners
Identify and manage financial and operational risks
Develop and maintain effective internal controls and financial processes
Lead and develop the local finance function
Foster efficient ways of working
and continuous improvement
Support digitalization and best practices within finance
