The Business Change Analyst serves as a key member of the Practice Enablement team, operating at the intersection of business analysis, change management, and technology communications. This person is responsible for partnering with project teams and Product Owners to evaluate organizational impact and design and execute change management and communications strategies that drive successful adoption of the Firm's technology portfolio. The Business Change Analyst engages with users across all job roles and functions throughout the Firm to understand the human impact of technology change, gather feedback on the effectiveness of change efforts, and serve as the voice of the customer to department leadership. This role is central to the Practice Enablement team's mission of fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring that technology solutions meet the needs of the professionals they serve. **_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_** * Partner closely with project teams and Product Owners to ensure technology introductions are planned and executed with a clear understanding of their impact on Firm personnel. * Engage with users across all job roles and functions to understand change impact, gather feedback, and surface insights that inform project and change management decisions. * Serve as the voice of the customer to department leadership, synthesizing user perspectives and feedback into actionable recommendations. * Assess the change impact of technology initiatives on the Firm and its employees, identifying affected stakeholder groups and potential adoption risks. * Design and execute comprehensive change management plans that encompass stakeholder engagement, training, and communications strategies tailored
