Must Have
Graduate 4- or 5-year course in Business, Management or other relevant fields, At least 2 years of work experience, knowledge and understanding on process design and control, can read effectively data and reports, Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, Adept in the use of Power point, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have
experience preferably with operations role or other similar field
What You'll Do.
Provide support for new business applications
Screen new business applications
Ensure all requirements are complete
Work with stakeholders for submission of requirements
Process endorsements for prioritization
Provide support for aftersales transactions
Assess requirements in accordance with process and guidelines
Endorse transactions to concerned units
Communicate pending requirements to sales
Work with other business units to resolve escalated
Cascade communications to sales team and Operations
Ensure compliance with agreed requirements and handling
Prepare and conduct presentations to assigned division
Develop required reports
Cascade reports to sales
Assist manager in developing policies and procedures
Assist manager in implementing policies and procedures
Establish system requirements
Create quick guides for sales
Create FAQs for sales
Handle tasks in accordance with company policy
Perform other tasks as needed
