Full Job Description

**_Location:_** 2055 Fruitville Pike Lancaster, PA 17601 _**Hours:**_ Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (Must be flexible around branch hours) **_Function_****:** Responsible for the development and enhancement of banking relationships within assigned Market for individual production, as well as direct reports. **_Duties and Responsibilities_****:** * Supervises the day-to-day activities of direct report team including coaching and joint calling. * Providing guidance and mentoring for current team members in development of new banking relationships, servicing of existing client base, and achievement of assigned goals. * Responsible for the mentoring and training of new business bankers. * Coaches team to provide advice to clients in complex, challenging, or important situations. * Leads relationship with Marketing to drive business via community events. Carries out a variety of business development activities to identify bank prospects and networks with centers of influence and other referral sources. Maintains a close working relationship with other line partners in order to develop new business. * Acts as a liaison on behalf of the line of business to support the acquisition and pipeline management of customers, and interaction with the operations and support areas of the Bank. * Interviews customers and prospective customers and prepares documentation to acquire information concerning a customer’s business needs, abilities, and earnings for all business lines including: * Collecting and analyzing financial data for proper account structure. * Maintaining aggressive calling program for new and existing customers. * Assisting other Business Development Officers in generating business. * Attending and participating in community affairs to promote the bank’s image. * Provides feedback and advisement based on market and customer trends to senior managers. * Develops and maintains a network of referral professionals such as attorneys, realtor
