Must Have

4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience, financial analysis skills, demonstrated ability to interpret financial statements, assess creditworthiness, provide actionable insights to drive business growth and mitigate risk, knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, loan documentation, supporting policies, procedures, and technologies, experience with customer sales and service, Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth, Collaboration & team skills - In-depth, Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth, Influence skills - In-depth, Data driven decision making - In-depth

What You'll Do.

and manage relationships with small business clients

Develop and execute sales strategies

Generate appointments and opportunities

Develop and maintain a business plan

Identify prospective customers and cross-sell products

Deliver exceptional customer service

Answer inquiries about business banking products

Understand customer needs and offer financial solutions

Resolve or escalate issues

Develop solutions and make recommendations

Provide advice and guidance on solution implementation

Break down strategic problems and analyze data

Monitor and track performance

Coordinate management and ensure data alignment

Build change management plans

Provide input into operational programs

Execute work to deliver timely

and efficient service

Support development and promotion of programs

Follow security and safeguarding procedures

Maintain confidentiality of customer and Bank information

Identify risks and take appropriate actions
