Experience in commercial lending, B2B sales experience, Sound financial analysis skills, Commercial acumen, Excellent customer engagement skills, Facilitating conversations with customers, Managing a pipeline of opportunities, Facilitating proactive customer contact, FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation, Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2, Willingness to obtain FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation within 6 months, Willingness to obtain CAA Level 2 within 6 months
