Experience in commercial lending, B2B sales experience, Proven track record in business development, Building and maintaining referral networks, Sound financial analysis skills, Commercial acumen, Excellent customer engagement skills, Experience facilitating customer needs-based conversations, Managing a pipeline of opportunities, Maintaining proactive customer contact, Passion for small business customers, Experience in owning or managing a small business, FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation, Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2

Nice to Have

Willingness to obtain FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation within 6 months, Willingness to obtain Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 within 6 months
