What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years minimum, successful experience selling to B2B accounts, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

consultative selling and relationship-building skills, Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, Proficiency with CRM tools, Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Drive revenue growth by identifying

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (C-level

Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solution presentations aligned with client business objectives
Partner with internal pre-sales
and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery
Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and close
Stay current on industry trends
and Quadient product offerings
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity tracking in CRM systems

Partner with internal pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery; Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
