What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant roles, at least 3 years in enterprise or business architecture within complex data & analytics environments, expertise in one or more of the specialization domains listed above, Ability to think strategically in terms of business capabilities, value streams, and transformation goals, communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Experience influencing and engaging senior leadership, architects, and delivery teams, A broad perspective with the ability to assess business and IT impacts of architectural decisions, Leadership capabilities with experience coaching and guiding architecture teams

Develop and communicate architecture visions for enterprise data and AI platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to design future-proof data ecosystems
Define implementation standards and best practices for scalable data products

Mentor architecture teams and contribute to capability development
