Must Have
3–5 years of experience working with business applications, Experience in application support or technical support roles, Experience with application support and troubleshooting, Experience with integrations and automation of business processes, Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language (JavaScript, Python, Java, Groovy), Understanding of ITIL practices and incident management, Basic understanding of application architecture (frontend/backend) communication skills, Good time management and prioritization skills, Proactive and ownership-driven mindset, Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change, Team collaboration and willingness to grow professionally

Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Java, Groovy, Experience with business applications (as administrator, developer, or support engineer)
