What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8 years of post-implementation Workday administration in a live tenant environment, Hands-on Workday configuration expertise, Core HCM, Workday administration, Security management, Business process configuration, EIB loading, Tenant management, End-user issue resolution, Integrations in and out of Workday, Configuration in Workday Studio, Release management, Gathering requirements, Data integrity audits, Workday Pro Certification willingness and plan to obtain it required if not already held
Nice to Have
Two or more additional Workday modules (Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking), Workday Studio experience, Workday Pro Certification
What You'll Do.
Own day-to-day Workday administration
Serve as primary owner for integrations
Lead biannual Workday release management
Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions
Partner with leadership and stakeholders
Build and maintain a documentation library
Drive Workday self-service adoption
Conduct regular data integrity audits

Team & Collaboration
Serve as the bridge between HR stakeholders and IT; Translating business needs into system solutions; Gathering requirements from HR, Payroll; Partner with leadership and stakeholders; Targeted training to HRBPs, managers, and Payroll
