This role focuses on developing workflows, dashboards, integrations, and internal applications that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and provide actionable insights across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical development skills with business process understanding and enjoys building scalable, user-friendly solutions that create measurable operational impact. ### **Responsibilities** ### **Power BI & Business Intelligence** • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations • Build and maintain scalable data models using DAX and Power Query • Translate business data into actionable insights for operational and leadership teams • Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and reporting accuracy ### **Power Platform Development** • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate operational processes • Develop Power Apps solutions tailored to business workflows and internal systems • Create complex automation flows, approval systems, and custom connectors • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with operational goals ### **Azure & Systems Integration** • Develop Azure-based integrations using Azure Functions, APIs, webhooks, and custom services • Integrate Microsoft 365 applications with third-party systems using REST APIs • Build secure and reliable automation pipelines between platforms and business tools • Troubleshoot and resolve integration or workflow issues efficiently ### **Microsoft Teams & AI Solutions** • Develop Microsoft Teams applications, integrations, bots
