What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years of development experience with Microsoft technologies, proficiency in Power BI including DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practices, Advanced experience with Power Automate including complex flows and custom connectors, Hands-on experience with Azure services and Azure Functions, JavaScript and/or TypeScript skills, Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations, Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SharePoint development, Familiarity with business intelligence and data analysis concepts
Nice to Have
Experience building enterprise automation solutions at scale, Familiarity with Copilot Studio and AI-powered workflow automation, Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, and Microsoft Graph API, Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security within Microsoft environments, Experience supporting operational, finance, HR, or sales workflows through automation
