Nice to Have
Public comfortable and able to clearly facilitate and deliver a message to a moderate sized group of peers., Experience in a training or coaching capacity, along with a consulting and problem-solving skill set.

**_Job Description_** **What is the Opportunity?** RBC Wealth Management Canada is looking for a Business Application Specialist (BAS) to join the Training & Development department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing one-on-one and team training to RBC Dominion Securities branch teams. In helping them perform at their best, you will be essential in delivering application-based training, sharing best practices and consistently supporting them with the tools and resources needed to increase efficiency and identify opportunities.
