Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst responsible for analyzing business needs, designing system solutions, improving IT service quality, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization preferably from sales Background Job Summary An IT Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business teams and technology teams. They translate business needs into technical requirements, analyze processes, recommend IT solutions, and ensure implemented systems deliver business value. Key Responsibilities 1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis Analyze business needs, processes, and workflows Conduct business/user needs analysis and translate them into functional system requirements. Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and system improvement. Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows. 2. Solution Design & Validation Recommend IT solutions and process changes aligned with business goals. Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and product teams to validate product meet requirements. Participate in system testing, including UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution. 3. Stakeholder Management Act as the communication link between PO/Business and Development teams. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements. Provide status updates and ensure all parties have aligned expectations. 4. Continuous Improvement & Support Monitor systems post‑implementation and recommend improvements. Support end users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting. Drive enhancement initiatives that improve IT service quality and user experience. Core Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
