Must Have
Business Analysis experience within large-scale organisations, including upstream, downstream, and cross-functional impact analysis., Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement., Proven ability in process modelling, gap analysis (As-Is vs To-Be), and traceability analysis., Solid understanding of Business Analyst methodologies (e. g. , functional decomposition) to analyse complex processes., Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and scenarios., Experience refining requirements and creating high-quality Agile user stories., Practical experience working within Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)., Proficiency with JIRA., Effective stakeholder management across both technical and non-technical teams., Communication skills (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
Knowledge of HR domains (e. g. , joining, reward, payroll, performance, employee lifecycle)., Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow platforms., Relevant Business Analysis certifications (or equivalent).

Support to change management activities
