## **Career Category** Information Systems ## ## **Job Description** **Live** **What you will do** Process Intelligence is a data-driven approach to creating process transparency by using advanced process analysis capabilities to uncover how end-to-end processes are actually executed, highlighting gaps between expectation and reality. In this vital role you will be accountable for executing the Results Delivery Office (RDO) Process Intelligence strategy and supporting our enterprise transformation programs aligned with the company’s most critical initiatives. **Roles & Responsibilities:** * Drive initiatives to maximize business value from process intelligence deployments (current-state understanding, automation/redesign opportunities, and value capture monitoring). * Understand and map end-to-end business processes, underlying systems, and data; identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. * Develop and maintain a knowledge repository of process insights derived from process mining and other process analysis tools; ensure appropriate process documentation and controls. * Manage project work across multiple initiatives and process scopes; coordinate activities and information flow between process owners, analysts, IT, and RDO. * Create visualization dashboards to present actionable insights and track key metrics, milestones, ROI and/or benefits. **Win** **What we expect of you** **Basic Qualifications:** Master’s OR Bachelor's degree and 7 to 13 years of Business Performance, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management experience **Technical Skills:** **Must Have Skills:** * Process analysis, visualization, and improvement experience; proficiency with one or more process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio). * Experience processing, filtering, and presenting large data extracted from multiple source systems. * Data reporting experience (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). * Strong project management capabilities partnering with both business and IT. **Good to H
