This role will focus on supporting TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) Governance initiatives across policy, standards, metrics, and operating model enhancements. You will work closely with Risk, Operations, Technology, and Product stakeholders to define business requirements, improve governance processes, and help deliver strategic transformation initiatives within complex financial services environments. What You’ll Do Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Operations, and Product teams to capture and define business requirements for TPRM governance initiatives Develop key business analysis artefacts including problem statements, scope documentation, stakeholder maps, workshop outputs, and requirements catalogues Analyse and document current (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) processes to support governance and operating model improvements Translate business needs into clear user stories and actionable requirements for delivery teams Facilitate workshops, support governance discussions, and contribute to programme delivery across policy, standards, and metrics workstreams What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, consulting, or risk transformation programmes Strong understanding of Risk Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls Experience working on Third Part
