As a leading 3PL provider, IT is at the heart of our operation. We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst Team Lead with a strong warehouse/logistics background to lead a high-performing team and drive solution delivery across multiple sites. What you’ll be doing * Leading and developing a team of 6+ Business Analysts across multiple locations * Acting as the escalation point for BA and business queries * Managing workload, priorities, and performance of the team * Supporting project delivery across WMS, TMS and system integrations (EDI) * Partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver robust solutions * Overseeing UAT, system improvements, and service performance (SLAs) * Driving continuous improvement within warehouse and logistics systems ## Qualifications * Proven experience leading or mentoring a BA team * Strong background in warehouse operations / 3PL / supply chain environments * Experience delivering system changes across WMS, TMS or ERP platforms * Solid understanding of end-to-end project delivery (analysis through to implementation) * Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences ## Additional Information As part of our drive to make Culina Group a great place to work.
