What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis within banking or financial services, expertise in Payments (SWIFT, ISO 20022, SEPA or similar), Solid understanding of back-office/middle-office operations, Proven ability to lead discussions, drive workshops, and influence stakeholders, Proficiency in English
Nice to Have
Experience within private banking environments, Exposure to core banking platforms and transformation projects, legacy systems like COBOL is a plus
