Lead cross-functional coordination between First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile teams for program delivery. Analyze root causes of speed degradation and develop corrective action plans. Manage capacity planning and resource allocation supporting speed objectives. Partner with FC operations, transportation, and planning teams to resolve operational bottlenecks. Generate performance reports and dashboards for leadership review. Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce transit time variability. Escalate critical issues and communicate operational challenges to senior stakeholders.
