Bachelors degree and 12+ years experience or 18+ years experience in lieu of degree, Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, Exceptional skills in oral and written communication, Proven ability to lead special projects and strategic initiatives, Demonstrated experience providing strategic-level decisions in a team environment, Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance or higher

What You'll Do.

Lead and mentor the Strategy team to achieve and exceed performance goals

Assess team members' competency skills and proficiency

Establish a clear strategic direction for the team

Align day-to-day operations with long-term organizational goals

Drive the team to consistently deliver high-quality results

Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of multi-year strategic management plans

Act as the primary point of contact between the team and branch leadership

Communicate team progress

Ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and project deliverables

Oversee both operational and strategic initiatives within the team

Ensure that short-term actions are built towards long-term objectives

Ensure that team contributions directly support the broader organizational strategy

and report on the relevant metrics within the branch

and assist with the publication of needed Customer supplementation of policy/guidance

and conduct reviews of briefings

Assist other members of the NGOC Mission Assurance Branch (NWM) with understanding and interpretation

Ensure the Agency Lapse of Appropriations SOP is reviewed and updated

Attend the furlough working group meetings and provide written notes

Deliver Lapse of Appropriations After Action Reports after every potential Lapse of Appropriations period

Assist in the coordination and perform updates to Customer’s Plan for Orderly Shutdown in the Absence of Appropriations
