We are looking for high-potential, flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals to join Amazon as Business Analyst. In this role, you will leverage your analytical ability to dig deeper into teams processes and utilize data to identify avenues for process improvements. You will be expected to influence the team’s processes, project plans and stakeholder interactions. This role requires working with multiple teams across the India Operations team to understand requirements, and managing the timelines to support processes. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential, as are a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get into the details that will make our offering world-class.
