Full Job Description
Location: Riyadh, KSA. Project Duration: 1.5 months. Working Arrangement: on-site. Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken). Starting Date: as soon as possible. We are seeking a Business Analyst (SAP Engagements) to support a short-term project engagement involving requirements gathering, business analysis, and project coordination activities. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to document business needs, support the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and contribute to project delivery within a SAP-related environment. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar business analysis role. Experience supporting project management and project delivery activities. Experience working on SAP-related projects or engagements. Experience developing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and related functional documentation. Other Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong documentation and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Support the development and review of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to capture business needs and objectives. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with business users, project teams, and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements. Support project managers with planning, tracking, and project coordination activities.
