Must Have
Foundational experience with Life Sciences Commercial Analytics, Marketing Effectiveness, or Field Force Analytics, Understanding of pharma data assets and analytical concepts, Exposure to project management practices, frameworks, and tools, Working proficiency in SQL, Experience using at least one analytical tool (SAS, R, or Python), Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, Exposure to BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), Experience with project-management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project), Project-management exposure or entry-level certification, such as: CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), PMI Project Management Ready, Agile Foundations or Scrum coursework, Working knowledge of PMBOK or Agile practices

Support analytics and technology initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams
Deliver high-quality analytical outputs
Apply structured project-management principles
Apply working knowledge of healthcare and pharma datasets
Support analytics within Marketing Analytics
Support analytics within Commercial Analytics
Support project planning activities
Contribute to BI and analytics deliverables
Assist with status reporting
Help summarize analytical results
Participate in Agile and/or Waterfall project processes
Contribute to internal knowledge development
