We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support the evolution of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) landscape within the Wholesale business domain. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. You will contribute to the continuous enhancement of a Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM platforms operating in a modern Azure cloud environment, ensuring that business processes, customer management capabilities, and reporting solutions effectively support strategic objectives.
