The PyME team is responsible for building banking products and services for small and medium-sized businesses, helping entrepreneurs manage their daily financial operations and grow their businesses. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Origination stream and help design and scale customer acquisition and onboarding processes for business clients.The primary focus of the role will be building and improving origination journeys for business current accounts, ensuring sole proprietors and small business customers can seamlessly open and start using their accounts. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing onboarding flows, gathering requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and continuously improving conversion and customer experience. This role sits at the intersection of product, business, operations, and technology, offering the opportunity to shape how entrepreneurs experience the bank from their very first interaction.
