This role blends hands-on analytical and staff support functions with strategic leadership to enhance business processes, ensure compliance, and guide programs within a specialized domain. Operating with increasing autonomy, the analyst will manage tasks ranging from policy development and IT audit support to leading major process re-engineering projects. This position requires deep expertise to manage projects, advise leadership, mentor team members, and ensure the successful alignment of programs with strategic objectives.
