Full Job Description
## Що ти будеш робити Взаємодіяти з внутрішніми та зовнішніми замовниками: від першого контакту до передачі готового рішення. Збирати, аналізувати та систематизувати бізнес-вимоги, визначати реальні потреби бізнесу за запитами. Проводити discovery-сесії, інтерв’ю та воркшопи з бізнес-користувачами. Управляти очікуваннями замовників щодо функціоналу, термінів реалізації та обмежень платформи. Презентувати готові рішення, збирати та опрацьовувати зворотний зв’язок. Формувати функціональні специфікації, технічні завдання та описувати бізнес-процеси (AS-IS / TO-BE). Декомпозувати вимоги на User Stories та Tasks з acceptance criteria. Описувати інтеграційні сценарії, потоки даних та взаємодію між системами. Формувати матриці ролей та прав доступу для рішень на базі Dataverse. Співпрацювати з командою розробки: уточнювати вимоги, брати участь у плануванні та пріоритизації backlog. Проводити User Acceptance Testing (UAT) разом із замовниками. Аналізувати дефекти, створювати bug-reports та контролювати відповідність реалізованого функціоналу вимогам. Брати участь у Sprint Review та ретроспективах. Вести проєктну документацію, базу знань та створювати інструкції для користувачів. Аналізувати ефективність впроваджених рішень та готувати звітність для менеджменту щодо статусів проєктів, ризиків і метрик. ## Яка кваліфікація та досвід необхідні Від 3 років досвіду роботи на позиції Business Analyst або System Analyst в IT. Практичний досвід збору, аналізу та документування бізнес-вимог у корпоративному середовищі. Досвід опису бізнес-процесів та створення функціональних специфікацій і технічних завдань. Вміння декомпозувати вимоги на User Stories та формувати acceptance criteria. Розуміння екосистеми Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI та Dataverse. Знання можливостей та обмежень low-code платформ для коректної постановки задач. Базове розуміння Dataverse: таблиці, зв’язки, моделі безпеки та ролі доступу. Розуміння принципів інтеграції си
