Degree in statistics, data analysis, business administration or related field, 3-4 years of previous experience in data analysis and business strategy development, management consulting, strategy, financial background or project management experience, Knowledge in data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, BI tools), Analytical skills, Ability to solve complex problems, Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences, Able to prioritize, Work autonomously, Manage time effectively, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
