6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or a similar role, focus on document lifecycle management, business process automation, or enterprise data management, Proven ability to quickly learn and master new proprietary internal tools and systems, understanding of the document lifecycle, dynamic data integration, digital signatures, regulatory compliance, and automated archiving, Foundational understanding of database concepts and API interactions, Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills, Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical configurations, autonomously lead initiatives and influence interfacing teams

You will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital continuity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across our organization. This is a hands-on position where you will translate complex requirements into seamless, high-performance platform configurations, driving innovation from concept to implementation in a large, complex aerospace environment. Identify business process inefficiencies and areas for automation. * Platform Configuration (Hands-on): Directly configure document templates, dynamic data fields, workflow logic, and system integrations within our proprietary platform. Rapidly learn and master new internal tools and technologies with provided training. * Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Execution & Quality Assurance: Partner with development teams to refine and clarify user stories and acceptance criteria.
