**About the Role** We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated early-career talent to join our team as a **Business Analyst Intern**. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop strong data-driven decision-making skills while supporting real business projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to **analyze data, generate insights, and support business performance tracking**. This is a hands-on role with exposure to real business challenges and senior stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement * Support preparation of **regular performance reports and dashboards** * Work with datasets in **Excel (advanced level)** – including data cleaning, transformation, and analysis * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of **Power BI dashboards** (or support senior analysts in building them) * Assist in **forecasting, scenario analysis, and KPI tracking** * Translate analytical findings into **clear, actionable business insights** * Collaborate with multiple functions (e.g., Sales, Finance, Marketing) * Support ongoing projects related to **process improvement, automation, and digital transformation** **Profile – What We Are Looking For** * Final-year student or recent graduate (Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Project Management, or related field) * Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (formulas, pivot tables; Power Query is a plus) * Basic understanding of **data analysis and reporting concepts** * **Power BI knowledge is a strong advantage** (not mandatory) * Interest in participating in IT analytical projects, gathering requirements, and preparing technical documentation * Strong problem-solving skills with ability to structure data and insights * Good communication skills – ability to explain data in a simple way * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment * F
