What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree, Knowledge of business requirement modelling techniques (UML, BPMN), Good command of English, Minimum 3 years coordinating complex projects, Minimum 3 years eliciting business requirements, Minimum 3 years writing user stories, Minimum 3 years preparing and executing testing cases
Nice to Have
Experience in banking sector, Experience within an EU financial institution
What You'll Do.
Support alignment of Value Chain vision with strategic
Provide consolidated reporting on Value Chain status
Organise Value Chain Committee meetings
Support Value Chain Committee meetings
and stakeholder registers
Ensure governance outputs are documented
Support review of governance frameworks
Coordinate with other Value Chain PMOs
Support planning activities for scope
Coordinate budget and capacity inputs
Assist in monitoring budget utilisation
Assist in monitoring resource planning
Support demand management by coordinating intake
Update and track initiatives
Maintain Value Chain project catalogue
Maintain Value Chain roadmap
Monitor initiative progress
Prepare management information for stakeholders
Support backlog reviews
Support alignment workshops
Support portfolio steering activities
Perform quality checks on data
Suggest process improvements
Suggest tool improvements
Prepare and consolidate reports for governance bodies
Ensure timely communication across stakeholders
Publish and maintain information on collaboration platforms
Publish and maintain information on intranet
Deliver onboarding sessions on processes
Deliver training sessions on processes
Deliver onboarding sessions on tools
Deliver training sessions on tools
Support organisation of workshops
Support facilitation of workshops
Contribute to rollout of new operating models
