As a **_Business Analyst III_** , you’ll assist in the design and operational delivery of automation and AI-enabled workflow solutions that replace manual, repetitive work with reliable digital decisioning. You’ll partner across Product, Technology, and Configuration to build well-controlled process automations, performance dashboards, and data-driven improvements that shorten cycle times, strengthen accuracy, and elevate the member experience. The **_Business Analyst III_** is responsible for redesigning workflows rather than manually supporting inefficiencies; identifying opportunities to automate manual business analyst activities; define high-quality business requirements and acceptance criteria; conduct UAT and support production stabilization; and, operate within Claims Optimization rather than fragmented operational support. **_What you’ll do:_** * Translates ambiguous
