Full Job Description

We are looking to hire a Business Analyst to join our Program and Operations team supporting Ship With Amazon (SWA). This is a great opportunity to join an entrepreneurial business that is growing at an incredible pace! You will be part of the core team focusing on end-to-end network expansion, automation for scalability, optimization, and profitability as we build out our operations across all legs of the supply chain (First, Middle, and Last Mile). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working with large complex datasets, possesses strong analytical skills, and is an effective communicator. In this role, you will support the operations team by establishing new data sources and metrics, developing analytical insights through reporting, and understanding existing challenges with data and how they can be presented differently to influence change to deliver against key business goals. This role works closely with operations and business intelligence teams. As this position involves regular interaction both technical and non-technical leaders from the peer to VP level, you need to be comfortable communicating at all levels whilst working with various cross functional teams.
