Must Have
1+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience, 2+ years of Excel or Tableau experience, Experience defining requirements, Experience using data and metrics to draw business insights
Nice to Have
Experience using very large datasets, Experience scripting for automation, Knowledge of data visualization tools, Analytical skills, Communication skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment, Demonstrated track record of project delivery, Scripting languages such as Python experience

Perform data analysis and visualization

Deliver automation opportunities
Understand stakeholder requirements
Map requirements with data sources/data warehouse
Own the delivery of periodic metrics
Own the delivery of dashboards to leadership
Backup periodic metrics
Backup dashboards to leadership
Draw inferences and conclusions
Create dashboards of processed data
Create visualizations of processed data
Execute high priority projects
Improve operations performance
Perform business analysis
Work closely with internal stakeholders
Align stakeholders with respect to focus area
