8–12 + years of experience, Strong, demonstrated expertise in GIPS standards, Deep understanding of investment performance methodologies, Proven experience leading processes, projects, or teams, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Experience interacting with senior stakeholders, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Advanced degree a plus, CFA, CIPM, or similar professional designation strongly preferred
