What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8-12 years of experience in Fund Accounting / Capital Markets domain, Domain knowledge in Mutual Funds, Domain knowledge in Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF), Domain knowledge in Alternative Investments (ALT Funds), Understanding of SWIFT Messaging (MT502 / MT509 / MT515 / MT540–MT546 – at least one mandatory), Solid understanding of Trade Lifecycle processes, Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, Stakeholder management
Nice to Have
Experience in investment banks, Experience in asset management firms, Experience in financial services, Exposure to regulatory reporting, Exposure to reconciliation processes, Certification or exposure in finance/domain tools
What You'll Do.
Work as a Business Analyst in the Fund
Support front-to-back investment operations
Gather business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Document business requirements from stakeholders
Collaborate with technology teams
Translate requirements into functional specifications
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of trade processing
Support Mutual Funds workflows
Support ETFs workflows
Support Alternative Funds workflows
Interpret SWIFT MT messages
Validate SWIFT MT messages
Drive process improvements
Enhance operational efficiency
Perform impact analysis
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
