About the Team: You will be a part of the Network Operations Excellence (NOE) team which is a component of the Global Support and Integrity Operations (GSIO) organization. The primary role of this organization is to provide the best support for Dashers, Consumers and Merchants to maximize Customer retention while minimizing cost. We achieve this by creating feedback mechanisms and insights to influence process design and resource allocation to improve the experience. Our ultimate objective is to enhance the experience of all customers engaging with DoorDash, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). To achieve this objective, the team will operate and execute support experiences. About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Junior Analyst to join our Forecasting and Network Operations Excellence team. In this role, you’ll support the team by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data that helps scale our global operations and improve our service delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with Senior Analysts and cross-functional teams such as Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Operations, Finance and Customer Experience. to assist in reporting, process improvement, and the development of data-driven insights.
