Job Title: Business Analyst - Financial Key Skills: FP&A, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, CapEx & OpEx, Financial Reporting, Excel Advanced, Power BI/Tableau, ERP (SAP/Oracle), IT Cost Analysis, Dashboarding Experience: 5+ YOE Location: Costa Rica, Colombia Mode: Remote We at Coforge are hiring for a Business Analyst - Financial position with the following skill set. Key Responsibilities • Own the monthly IT financial reporting cycle, producing variance analysis across all OpEx and CapEx line items by pillar and project • Monitor and flag over- and underspend trends through rolling forecasts and budget tracking • Build and maintain financial views across IT pillars and project portfolios • Track project-level financial performance against approved budgets and business cases • Support investment decision-making by preparing financial impact summaries • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into financial performance and trends • Partner with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure accurate financial data and cost allocation • Conduct vendor financial analysis, including spend tracking and benchmarking • Identify and resolve data quality issues within financial systems • Support strategic financial analysis (cost optimization, vendor consolidation, build vs. buy decisions) • Document financial processes, templates, and reporting frameworks Required Skills & Qualifications • +5 years of experience in IT financial analysis, FP&A, or financial-focused business analysis • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (OpEx & CapEx) • Proven ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis) • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Procurement) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in financial reporting and dashboard creation Preferred
